A little about me too

Luke Harris:

It’s fair to say I have had my own health and fitness battles over the years. Growing up with a serious condition, I always had to & continue to work hard to maintain my health.

I certainly credit my being generally active & love for sports in helping me get through those hard times, not only physically but mentally & emotionally. My philosophy is although the body and mind are separate, it is certain in my opinion they interact as one.

A healthy body & healthy mind equals a healthy fulfilling life.

My background as a trainer revolves mostly around Rugby League teams. Most notable; the Wynnum Manly Seagulls within the QLD Cup Competition, and also the Gold Coast Titans development and 18s SG Ball Squads. In saying that, I have worked extensively in competitive sporting fields for several years now.

My approach to training is not to focus primarily on a singular goal, but to help you be all you can be.

Conviction is the repetition of affirmation that leads to belief and once that belief becomes a deep conviction things start to happen. That is where your specific goals come into play with complete health and fitness. Your goals will be obtained along with a new found sense of strength and purpose.
