Injury, boredom and burnout are my enemies. I’m old…….and my body is, well, a pretty major challenge. I needed someone who could dedicate time to my physical wellbeing for the long term because progress would be slow. Lucky for me I found a personal trainer who offers highly individualised physical fitness training. Richard devised a program just for me that encompass the biomechanical, physical and emotional aspects of safe, effective fitness and strength training. I feel respected and encouraged and never intimidated.
Richard is an elite fitness professional who cares about his clients. He’s committed to delivering long-term fitness and healthy living techniques.
The only things Richard ignores are my wailing and efforts to get out of doing my best.
